CrowdView Copyright and Takedown Policy

Use this policy for copyright, privacy, safety, school, youth-event, non-consensual image, and content-removal concerns. The online form below accepts copyright/DMCA notices. This process remains subject to review by licensed counsel.

Copyright Complaints

Rights holders can request review, restriction, or removal of uploaded content they believe infringes their rights. CrowdView may remove or disable access to reported content while a request is reviewed.

Privacy, Safety, School, And Youth-Event Requests

Use this process if uploaded content raises privacy, safety, school-policy, venue-policy, youth-event, or non-consensual image concerns. Include enough information for CrowdView to locate the content and understand the issue.

Requests involving minors, safety risks, or non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority review. CrowdView may restrict visibility, remove content, disable embeds, preserve moderation records, or contact the uploader when appropriate.

DMCA Notices

For copyright/DMCA requests, provide the information needed to evaluate the claim: your signature, the copyrighted work, the CrowdView content or URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

CrowdView may remove or disable access to reported content after receiving a sufficient notice. CrowdView may also forward relevant notice information to the uploader or playback provider when needed to process the request.

Counter-Notices And Repeat Infringers

If your upload was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe removal was mistaken, contact CrowdView with the upload details and an explanation. CrowdView may request additional information before restoring or keeping content disabled.

CrowdView may restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly submit infringing, unauthorized, unsafe, or policy-violating content.
